Juniper Grove is the newest addition to the city of Pasco, a growing community with a heartfelt commitment to retaining its small neighborhood personality.

In addition to great homes, Juniper Grove is also located near great schools. Students living within this community fall within the Pasco City School District and would likely attend Livingston Elementary, McLoughlin Middle School and Pasco High School or Chiawana High School when it opens in Fall 2009; located off Argent Road. Pasco boasts one of the largest Community Colleges in the state in Columbia Basin College. This unique area, known as the Tri-Cities, continies to see steady growth and increased ammenities due to the increase in jobs to the region, ranging from engineering to agriculture. Washington State grows 13 of the highest yielding crops in the United States, with 10 of those being grown in and around Pasco, due to the fertile soil and temporate climate. There are also close to 100 wineries in the region which is second only to Napa Valley, Ca.

The Columbia, Snake and Yakima Rivers all provide an abundance of water to the region, not only for agriculture but for watersports as well. From fishing to wakeboarding and with over 300 days of sunshine per year, there is never a shortage of things to do around the rivers. There are also many beautiful golf courses to choose from with great views and even better play.
